Part-Time Massage Therapist (Commission-Based / Profit Share)
Location: General Sports Health and Recovery – Edina, MN
Schedule: Part-Time (8–20 hours per week)

General Sports Health and Recovery is a sports-focused chiropractic and recovery clinic dedicated to helping athletes and active individuals perform at their best. We’re looking to add a motivated, skilled Massage Therapist to our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who wants flexibility, autonomy, and strong earning potential without the overhead of building their own space. Our massage room is fully set up and ready to go, with an existing client base and steady referral opportunities through the clinic.
Compensation
This is a profit-share/commission-based position:
- 60% of massage revenue paid to the therapist
- Current massage rate: $95 per session
- Earnings will vary based on number of massages performed
Example:
If you perform 20 massages per week, your earnings would be approximately $1,140/week (before taxes).
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality therapeutic massage services tailored to client needs
- Work with athletes, active adults, and general wellness clients
- Maintain treatment notes and client records as needed
- Keep treatment space clean, professional, and organized
- Collaborate with the chiropractic team to support patient recovery and performance goals
Qualifications
- Current Massage Therapy license/certification (Minnesota)
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic and sports massage techniques
- Ability to build rapport and retain clients
- Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
- Experience working with athletes or active populations is a plus
