- Eligible For $2,000 Sign-on Bonus**
- Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner
- Provide excellent customer service to our Residents.
- Repair and/or install all appliances and HVAC units as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling.
- Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Handle other general maintenance tickets as assigned.
- Have at least 3 years in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills
- Must be EPA Certified (Type 2 or Universal)
- HVAC installation experience
- HVAC troubleshooting experience.
- Passing a criminal background check required
- Ability to lift 100 lbs.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
- Initiative and customer service skills
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
