Job Responsibilities:
- Appliance repair/installation - to include dishwashers, disposals, stoves, and refrigerators. This does not include any task that deals with HVAC/Refrigerate (i.e. CFC, HCFC, HFC, HFO, HC).
- Complete Turns, evictions and major furniture moving, exterior/interior maintenance projects.
- Complete service requests tickets in a timely and proficient manner
- Provide excellent customer service to our Residents
- Repairing and/or installing all appliances and HVAC items as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling
- Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies
- Reviewing, understanding complying and fulfilling training requirements for the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Plans and Programs.
- Perform preventative maintenance program inspections, and other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in maintenance repair.
- Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-screening.
- Must have valid driver's license and I9 required documents
- Must be 18 years of age or older and have reliable transportation.
- EPA 608 Certified Type I, Type II or Universal (i.e. CFC certification) preferred, but not required.
