General Services Corporation (GSC) is looking for a dynamic and energetic Leasing Consultant for our apartment communities in the Durham, NC area!

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct any and all communication with customers, prospects, residents, or applicants
  • Show and tour apartments
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers, prospects, residents, and applicants

Requirements

  • At least 1 year(s) experience in sales and customer service
  • Previous leasing experience is a plus
  • Valid driver's license
  • Passing of a criminal background check
