Role Description The Maintenance Technician is a full-time, on-site role located in Largo, FL, responsible for maintaining the physical condition and appearance of the apartment community. Day-to-day tasks include performing routine and emergency maintenance and repairs on apartment units, common areas, and building systems, as well as completing work orders in a timely, professional manner. The role involves conducting preventive maintenance on equipment and systems, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and coordinating with vendors when necessary. The Maintenance Technician also supports turn-key preparation of vacant units, assists with safety and compliance inspections, and interacts professionally with residents to address maintenance concerns and ensure a high level of service.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in equipment maintenance and industrial maintenance.
