Requirements

Job Responsibilities

• Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to our Residents.
• Repair and/or install all appliances and HVAC units as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling.
• Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Handle other general maintenance tickets as assigned.
  
  

Requirements

• Must have at least 3 years' experience in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills.
• Must be EPA Certified (Type 2 or Universal).
• Must have HVAC installation experience.
• Must have HVAC troubleshooting experience.
• Must have multi-family/Apartment maintenance experience.
• Have a valid driver's license and able to provide valid documentation per E-Verify
• Passing a criminal background check and drug screen required.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Show initiative and professional customer service skill.
