Responsibilities
- Welcome potential residents via phone or in-person to the GSC community.
- Assist in their search for a new apartment home by showing apartments and providing a tour of the
- Coordinate the rental application and qualification process with prospective residents.
- Collaborate with the Property Manager in coordinating community and resident appreciation events.
- Assist residents with lease renewals and various requests.
- Provide excellent customer service to all residents, prospects, applicants, internal associates, and external
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- At least 1 year experience in sales and customer service.
- Previous leasing experience is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A willingness to learn, grow professionally, and work collaboratively with a team.
