In This Role, You Will
- Travel as needed to apartment complexes in the metro Richmond area to make repairs.
- Repair or install appliances, complex HVAC needs, plumbing, electrical, and some carpentry in residential apartments.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and team.
- Maintain documentation for work orders.
- Assist the Service Training Supervisor (STS) with the oversight, coaching, and development of trainees and internal service staff.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- EPA 608 Certification Type II or Universal
- At least three years' experience with appliance and HVAC installation, troubleshooting and repair
- Must provide your own hand tools
