Job Responsibilities
- Maintain the community buildings, hallways, and breezeways.
- Sustain cleanliness of community amenities.
- Freshen apartments as needed.
- Report repair issues as necessary.
- Assist maintenance staff.
- Provide excellent customer service to our residents.
Requirements:
- One year of janitorial and/or grounds experience is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance are required, along with a clean criminal background and pre-employment drug testing.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
