We are a growing Commercial Construction Cleaning Company that has been in the industry since 1985. We are seeking a dedicated Field Superintendent to both lead and work alongside our crews every day in the field.
This is a hands-on leadership role-not a "drive around and check in" position. The ideal candidate will set the pace by example, ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
-Work directly alongside field personnel daily while supervising and supporting multiple projects.
-Lead crews by example, providing direction, training, and motivation.
-Coordinate manpower, schedules, and equipment to meet project deadlines.
-Ensure jobsite safety and adherence to company procedures.
-Perform hands-on project tasks, including cleaning and equipment operation.
-Maintain customer relationships and resolve issues as they arise.
-Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
-Partner with the Office Staff to ensure timely documentation and reporting.
-Maintain daily record keeping to track project cost, job progress/locations and employee hours using online software and physical records.
Qualifications/Requirements:
-Commercial construction cleaning experience, with 1 year in a (verifiable) management role.
-Strong knowledge of project planning/scheduling, safety, and crew management.
-Comfortable performing physical labor daily, including lifting and equipment use.
-OSHA 30 Certified (or willing to become certified).
-Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance required.
-A hands-on leader with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Salary : $24 - $28
