- Install, maintain, and repair alarm systems, including fire alarm, security alarm and access control systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct system design assessments to determine the best solutions for client needs.
- Perform field service tasks, troubleshooting issues with existing alarm systems and providing effective solutions.
- Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to complete installations and repairs efficiently.
- Collaborate with construction teams during inspection phases to ensure proper installation of alarm systems.
- Provide technical support and training to clients on the operation of their alarm systems.
Skills
- Proven experience as a service technician in the alarm or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components related to alarm installations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
