Duties
- Assemble components and products accurately using various tools, and assembly equipment
- Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure product standards are met
- Identify and report non-conformances
- Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols at all times during production activities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote a safe and efficient environment
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying potential process enhancements
Qualifications
- Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred, demonstrating familiarity with assembly processes
- Ability to work with hands and small components
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks safely
