- Understand, implement and lead by the General RV Core Values.
- Ensure our internal and external customers receive superior service through associates that are product knowledge experts.
- Build a positive work environment of outstanding teamwork and mutual respect. Lead by example.
- Support team member growth and development by supporting a culture of learning.
- Oversee execution of daily operational processes including inventory counts, special order parts and shipping and receiving.
- Establish clear expectations and hold team members accountable to those expectations.
- Monitor KPI’s of department and individual team members to meet sales targets.
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Goal oriented with a track record for meeting goals.
- Experience in inventory control with daily cycle counts.
- Ability to lead and hold other accountable.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written. Ability to work with a wide range of customers.
- Schedule availability that aligns with a retail environment (early morning, evening and weekends).
- Must be detail oriented.
- Reliable and strong work ethic. Professional appearance is a must.
- Valid driver’s license.
