We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to lead and execute high-impact email marketing programs that drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. This role partners closely with the Business Development Manager, CRM Specialist, and marketing leadership to develop data-driven strategies, manage campaigns end-to-end, and continuously optimize performance.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage the full email campaign lifecycle including planning, segmentation, content, testing, and deployment.
- Monitor and optimize performance metrics such as open rates, CTR, CTOR, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing and apply insights to maximize performance.
- Track KPIs and produce performance reports and recap decks.
- Implement automation and personalization strategies.
- Ensure compliance with CANSPAM, GDPR, and industry best practices.
- Maintain email list hygiene and engagement standards.
- Collaborate cross functionally and mentor junior staff.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
- All email campaigns executed accurately and on schedule.
- Deliverability rate of 98.5% or higher.
- Continuous improvement in open rates, click rates, CTOR, and list growth.
- Decrease unsubscribes and bounce rates.
- Clear communication and strong stakeholder relationships.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2 years of email or digital marketing experience.
- Experience with platforms such as HubSpot or Campaign Monitor.
- Strong understanding of deliverability, segmentation, and testing.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- HTML/CSS for email templates.
- Marketing automation and CRM experience.
- Leadership or mentoring experience.
