As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in the experience we provide to our customers. You’ll build long-lasting relationships; become a trusted problem-solver and an expert in the RV Industry.
You will become an RV expert and learn how to effectively teach customers how to fully utilize their RV (training provided).
Responsibilities
- You will become an RV expert and learn how to effectively teach customers how to fully utilize their RV (training provided).
- Assist our Guest Coordinators to host the customer(s) on delivery day from the moment they arrive through the moment they leave. Creating an engaging and fun experience.
- Use a guided delivery sales presentation to showcase RV accessories they will need and want to have a successful RV experience. This includes coordinating the installation of any purchases.
- Work collaboratively with the special order parts team, sales and technicians to help locate and identify needed parts and accessories.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School Diploma is required.
- Previous customer service experience is required. Familiarity with a retail environment a plus.
- Sales experience is highly desired.
- Quick learner with a friendly, outgoing and goal-oriented personality.
- Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
