Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Conduct professional and thorough RV delivery demonstrations that ensure customers understand the safe and proper operation of their RV.
- Educate customers on recommended accessories that enhance safety, usability, and the overall RV ownership experience.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate parts and accessories while delivering excellent customer service both in-store and through service work orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked parts department that supports customer experience and sales.
- Provide customer service that supports the long-term RV ownership experience and reinforces dealership brand standards.
- Maintain strong communication with Sales, Service, and Parts leadership to support efficient dealership operations and delivery readiness.
- Engage in a minimum of one (1) hour of weekly training related to RV systems, product knowledge, and/or manufacturer-led training to ensure continued development and expertise.
Qualifications
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or parts sales is preferred.
- Experience in the RV industry, automotive, marine, powersports, or similar product-based industries is preferred but not required.
- Experience explaining technical products or systems to customers in a clear and professional manner is beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
