This is a full-time, on-site position based in Carpinteria, CA. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This includes prioritizing customer needs, managing accounts, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting business development strategies to expand the company's client base. The role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and to promote the company's innovative art publishing solutions.
