What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Custom Home Superintendent position at General One Inc.?
General One Inc. is a well established high end Custom Home builder in the Flathead Valley, located in downtown Whitefish. We are looking for talented individuals who have experience managing onsite construction of high end custom homes.
We are focused on 100% refer-ability, which means our Subcontractors, Team and Clients have a great experience working with us as we strive to meet or exceed the expectation we set all while maintaining the highest Quality standards.
The Superintendent will play a key roll in our organization. They will be accountable for all aspects of field construction for the projects assigned to them. Working with the Project Manager to develop the scope of the project, a budget and a schedule before the project starts.
The right person will have most if not all of the below skills and traits:
At lease 10 years of experience in the construction field, with 3 or more of these years in high end residential construction.
Self motivated.
Organized.
High attention to detail.
Experience working in a trade.
Experience with multi-million dollar residential home construction.
Ideally have cold weather building experience.
