You’ll set up alongside seasoned machinists at lathes, mills, and grinders, learning how each machine brings a blueprint to life. As parts take shape, you’ll double-check specs, keep your station tidy, and build good habits that set the foundation for a long career in manufacturing.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with setup and operation of machining equipment, including lathes, mills, and grinders.
• Learn to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to confirm project specifications.
• Support experienced machinists as you help fabricate and assemble precision components.
• Keep a clean, organized work area and follow safety protocols at all times.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to expand your machining knowledge.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and machines to keep everything running smoothly.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet production goals and deadlines.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; any technical school machining coursework is a plus.
• Genuine interest in machining and manufacturing processes.
• Basic familiarity with hand tools and measuring instruments.
• Ability to understand technical documents and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced machinists.
