Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and operation of CNC equipment.
- Learn safe handling of tools, materials, and measuring equipment.
- Develop understanding of machining processes, speeds and feeds, and material behavior.
- Gain exposure to real production environments and hands-on learning.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong math and mechanical aptitude.
- Desire to learn precision work and build a lasting career.
- Experience with mills or lathes is helpful but not required — we’ll train you!

Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 46 per week
