Construction Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards on the job site.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of construction sites by cleaning and organizing materials and tools.
• Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
• Help with the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding, barricades, and temporary structures.
• Support skilled workers in various trades including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and standing for long periods.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration on job sites.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Must be able to adhere to safety protocols at all times.

Pay: $161.14 - $194.07 per day
