- Ensure appointments align with provider availability and clinic protocols.

- Handle high call volumes and manage a scheduling queue efficiently.
- Collaborate with front office staff and clinical teams to resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Follow up with patients for appointment reminders and confirmations.
