Role Description
This is a full-time position located in Knoxville, Tennessee, for a Client Service Representative. The role is responsible for supporting clients with inquiries, addressing requests to ensure a high level of satisfaction, and managing client accounts across commercial lines, personal lines, and life and disability policies. Additional responsibilities include assisting with the preparation of proposals for both new business and renewals, maintaining accurate and organized records, and serving as a primary point of contact for client communications. This position requires close collaboration with internal team members to deliver a seamless and professional client experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the insurance industry
- Current and active licenses in Property, Casualty, Life, and Health
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a proven ability to enhance client satisfaction
- Demonstrated ability to address client needs efficiently while maintaining professionalism and a positive demeanor
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer applications; experience with CRM systems is strongly preferred
- Prior experience with an independent agency, captive agency, brokerage, wholesale provider, or MGA is highly desirable
- Hands-on experience with an insurance agency management system is a significant advantage
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred
