General Insurance Consultants is seeking a motivated and professional Licensed 4-40 Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Miramar, FL.
We are looking for bilingual (English & Spanish) candidates who are eager to learn, grow within the insurance industry, and provide excellent customer service in a positive team environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Assisting clients with policy changes, endorsements, billing questions, and general service requests
• Answering incoming calls and providing professional customer support
• Assisting with renewals and following up with clients as needed
• Issuing certificates of insurance (COIs) when requested
• Maintaining organized client files and agency documentation
• Supporting the sales and service team with daily agency operations
Requirements:
• Active Florida 4-40 License OR currently in the process of obtaining the license
• Bilingual: English & Spanish
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a team environment
