As a Night Auditor, you will serve as a key overnight team member by assisting guests, balancing daily revenue and reports, and helping maintain smooth hotel operations during overnight hours.
What You’ll Do
- Complete and transmit nightly accounting reports and supporting documentation
- Audit and balance room revenue, food and beverage revenue, cashier reports, and guest accounts
- Provide exceptional guest service and assist with guest requests as needed
- Serve as the hotel system liaison during overnight hours
- Assist with booking reservations and answering hotel phone calls
- Help create a welcoming, safe, and professional environment for guests overnight
- Previous customer service experience (required)
- Previous hotel or similar experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, positive, and hospitality-focused attitude
- Strong phone and computer skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts on a full-time basis
- Ability to read and speak English
- Previous cash handling experience (preferred)
- Monday and Tuesday night availability (required)
