Job Description:
Join a 70-year-old family business serving South Florida’s restaurants since 1955. Are you a self-motivated sales professional with a passion for success? The position has a weekly draw with unlimited commission potential.
Some of the domestic territories include: Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Naples, Fort Myers and so on.
Some of the international territories include: Puerto Rico, The Islands, the Bahamas, Colombia, Peru, Venezuela, Chile, and so on.
As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Some of the decision makers include chefs, property owners, GM, purchasing agents, and end-users.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Presentations: Present and demonstrate our products/services to clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
Territory Management: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your assigned territory to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
Negotiation and Closing: Effectively negotiate terms and close sales deals to maximize revenue and profitability.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
Compensation:
A weekly salary based on a commissions (draw account). Here's what you can expect:
Commission Structure: Competitive commission rates that reward your sales achievements.
Draw Account: A draw account to provide a consistent income stream during the initial phase of your employment.
Unlimited Earning Potential: Your earnings are directly tied to your performance. The more you sell, the more you earn!
Performance Incentives: Additional bonuses and rewards for exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, preferably in foodservice equipment and supplies. If you already have experience or a background with broadline food distribution, restaurant POS or payment systems, linens or uniforms, dish room chemicals, commercial kitchen design, restaurant operations or restaurant management, then this could be a good fit for you!
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Spanish is a big plus
Ability to work independently and manage your own territory
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
