At General Glass, we are a leading glass fabricator specializing in custom insulated and fabricated glass. As a privately owned company with a dedicated team of employees, we’ve experienced significant growth over the past decade and we're looking for motivated individuals to grow with us to build an amazing customer service team that specializes in this. This position specializes in helping customers with all their glass needs. Customers send over quotes or orders to be entered into our ERP system that either gets sent to the customer for a quote or an order that can be released to our production team , for someone that likes to learn and be challenged , is great at multitasking , adaptability and is familiar with multiphone line systems and has proficient computer skills , this is a great job for you. This position will keep you busy and never bored. We are looking for someone hungry to learn and help us grow this team to be the best most knowledgeable in the industry.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and computer applications.
- Employee must demonstrate proficiency in data entry, achieving and maintaining an error rate of less than 0.65% within the first 90 days of employment.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate and timely information.
- Effectively manage multiple calls and tasks simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of company products and services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.
About the position:
Full-time
Monday thru Friday
7am-4pm
