What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment and facility systems
- Perform preventative maintenance to keep operations running efficiently
- Inspect machinery and identify issues before they become major problems
- Repair or replace defective components using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
- Assist with electrical troubleshooting and equipment diagnostics
- Respond quickly to maintenance requests and unexpected downtime situations
- Work alongside production and leadership teams on continuous improvement projects
- Maintain maintenance records through our CMMS system
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous maintenance, manufacturing, industrial, or facilities experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Electrical troubleshooting experience preferred
- PLC experience is a major plus
- Someone dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Ability to work flexible hours or stay late during emergency situations
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift, climb, bend, and work in an active manufacturing environment
