🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
- 📋 Pick, pull, and stage orders accurately and efficiently
- 🔍 Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for damage or discrepancies
- ✅ Verify orders and ensure accuracy of pick lists and shipments
- 🧹 Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- 🦺 Follow and reinforce company safety standards and procedures
- 🤝 Support the 2nd Shift Manager in coordinating workflow and priorities
- 📣 Help guide team members, answer questions, and keep operations moving
- 💡 Identify and communicate opportunities to improve efficiency and processes
- 💪 Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
- 🚜 Forklift experience preferred (in-house certification provided)
- 🚗 Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- 🤝 Strong team player with a lead-by-example mindset
- 📈 Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or informal leadership/lead role preferred
- 🧩 Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to balance productivity with accuracy
- 🗣️ Comfortable supporting team direction and communicating with leadership
- ⏰ Monday–Friday schedule — No weekends!
