- Handle general building repairs and maintenance
- Perform minor carpentry, patching, painting, and installations
- Repair doors, fixtures, hardware, and other facility items
- Troubleshoot basic plumbing and electrical issues within appropriate limits
- Complete preventive facility checks and identify potential problems
- Respond to maintenance needs across our locations
- Know when a job requires a licensed or specialized contractor
- Take ownership of projects from problem → solution → completion
