What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Laborer position at GENERAL EXCAVATION INC?
General Excavation Inc. is seeking General Laborers with previous construction experience to help assist on projects around the Northern Virginia area. These positions are full time (40-48 hours per week weather depending), and benefits include health insurance, paid holidays, and 401-K plan.
Responsibilities for this position include shoveling and raking dirt/stone, installation of silt fence and other erosion control measures, being physically capable of performing manual labor, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and other tasks as directed by site foreman.
GEI works on construction projects from the Shenandoah Valley to Northern Virginia. General Labors may be asked to fill in on other projects as needed.
