CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is will be required and is preferred at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. As a Sr Test Engineer within our Software Quality Assurance (SQA) organization, you will execute independent testing throughout the full software development lifecycle. - Experience with test planning, development, execution, and closeout activities
- Experience developing and maintaining software test procedures, test cases, and test results documentation
- Experience with formal software reviews and verification activities
- Familiarity with DOORS or similar requirements management tools
- Experience with waterfall and/or Agile software development frameworks
- Technologies that aren't just top-notch-they're often top-secret
- Independent software testing across the full software development lifecycle
- Opportunities to gain new technical knowledge as it is discovered
- Exposure to formal test processes, customer reviews, and program delivery activities
- Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation
- Experience tracing software test cases to requirements and documenting verification results
- Experience with software quality assurance processes and test lifecycle documentation
- Knowledge of requirements management tools, including DOORS or similar platforms
- Experience supporting Agile and/or waterfall software development environments
