Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

- Circuit design, simulation, prototyping, and collaboration with cross-functional technology teams
What you'll experience:
- Design, develop, modify, and evaluate electronic parts, components, and integrated circuits for subsea applications
- Conduct simulations and analyses to validate designs using tools like SPICE and Cadence; support production and test engineering teams during transfer to manufacturing
- Manage team assignments, develop schedules, monitor project progress, and evaluate intermediate and final results to ensure accomplishment of technical objectives
- Contribute to roadmap formulation, new product concept development, and interface with customers to understand needs and troubleshoot issues
- Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation
What sets you apart:
- Deep understanding of analog circuit design principles, topologies, and proficiency in CAD tools such as Mentor Graphics or Altium and SPICE for simulation and verification
- High Voltage DC power systems/module design experience, including multiple power topology design from few watts to KW converters, power transmission systems, and HVDC technology
- Experience with specialized laboratory equipment (spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, etc.) for development, testing, and troubleshooting of complex electronic systems
- Experience writing specifications, requirements, and verification procedures for complex electronic systems and components
- R&D experience with demonstrated ability to drive innovation around design architectures, component selection, and electronics design; Magnetics and High Speed Design experience desirable
