Clearance Requirements:
Department of Defense TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

- Proficient in utilizing Electrical/Optical Telecommunication test equipment to include Network Analyzers, Digital Communication Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Optical Time Domain Reflectometers (OTDR), Optical Backscatter Reflectometer (OBR), Optical Spectrum Analyzers (OSA), Visual Fault Locators (VFL), splicing, fiber handling and management.
- Strong understanding of modern telecommunications fundamentals and operation
- Full systems development lifecycle experience using both waterfall and Agile system development methods including Agile tools JIRA and Confluence

- Demostrable success leading HW & SW integration, characterization, and performance analysis activities of complex optical telecommunications systems
- Demostrable experience supporting the full systems development life cycle from reviewing and managing Systems Requirements Documents to fielding customer systems of record
- Thorough knowledge of technology trends and willingness to champion new ideas and process improvements
- Strong presentation and communications skills with experience in the art of negotiation and the ability to meet challenging customer requirements with win-win solutions
