Senior Advanced Software Engineer

Basic Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 8 years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities for this Position

ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:

As a software engineer for GPS Source, LLC, you'll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for the development of the next generation of advanced navigation system for the Department of Defence.

• Previous experience in application development for APNT systems and other navigation systems
• Development of multi-threaded software application designs
• Previous experience wiht the DoD VICTORY protocol

Workplace Options:
This position is Hybrid/Flex wiht some possibility of travel.

Combined Salary Range

USD $139,189.00 - USD $154,412.00 /Yr.
