Responsibilities for this Position
ROLE DESCRIPTION
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions supporting the NOSIS program
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment
- Contribute to full-stack development across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and continuous integration/delivery pipelines
- Support system integration, RESTful API design, and containerized deployments
- Produce and maintain technical documentation
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
- js PostgreSQL - frontend and relational database development
- TypeScript - strongly-typed JavaScript development
- Spring Boot - Java-based backend services
- Go / Java - backend microservices development
- RESTful API Design - interface design and implementation
- Docker & Containerization - container-based deployment workflows
- Agile Practices - Scrum / Kanban software development methodology
NICE TO HAVE
- GitOps (e.g., FluxCD) - automated, declarative deployment pipelines
- Message Queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka) - asynchronous service communication
- Observability Stack - Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, OpenTelemetry
