Overview:
The Electric Boat Information Technology End User Services Team has an opening for End User Services Site Lead for Electric Boats Quonset Point facility.
The responsibilities of this role include and not limited to:
- Monitoring and reporting on End User Services KPIs empowering management team to make informed business decisions for best business outcomes.
- Providing IT Support and managed service provider oversight for End User Services
- Interfacing effectively with EB user community, management, and contracted IT service providers
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
- Serving as the key POC for End User Services at Quonset Point
- Oversee IT TechStop operations at Quonset Point
This position is located at our North Kingstown, RI facility. This position is 100% on-site.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent or higher
- 8 years in an Technical Enduser support role
- 4 years experience with Mobile device support
- Experience with PC Hardware, Printers, Networked EndUser Devices
Preferred:
- Two/Four Year Technical School
- Experience with PC Hardware, Printers, Networked EndUser Devices
- 6 years experience with Mobile devices in an EndUser
- 10 years in Technical Roles supporting EndUsers
- Experience in IT Service Delivery
- Experience using ServiceNow
- Experience working with EB IT Department
- The ability to work independently and as a memember of functional work teams
- Knowldege of Microsoft products
- Ability to read and interpret written instructions
- Customer Service
