The D477 Electrical Integration Department is looking for a highly motivated Program Representative. The successful candidate will support staffing, scheduling, metric tracking, and completion of actions.

Responsibilities Include
- Processing staffing plans, Cost Account Plan (CAP) sheets, as well as baseline change requests (BCRs)
- Work with outside departments to ensure budgets and resources are allocated to D477 appropriately for tasking and laboratory testing
- Maintain test schedules and support contracting outside vendors to utilize D477 labs
- Track earned value management system (EVMS) performance and inform corrective actions as needed
- Prepare Oracle requisitions for equipment calibrations and material orders
- Support the ongoing projects with responsibilities that include tracking metrics/actions/commitments, preparing meeting content, and providing oversight project data
- Oversee department metrics and tasking for commitments, training, ship certification, etc.
- Support technical product quality (TPQ), audit, and surveillance efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0-5 years’ of experience in relevant to the job description
- An understanding of Electric Boat’s problem resolution programs
- Working knowledge of EVMS, ARTEMIS, Manpower Planning, Oracle Purchasing, and performance tools
- Previous experience developing schedules via planning tools and tracking technical progress/actions
- Candidates must be highly motivated, possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Candidate must be able to multi-task, work in teams and possess skills that permit independent functioning without significant oversight.
- Candidate must pay high attention to detail.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint
