Cash Management Analyst will perform Cash Management and financial functions associated with all Electric Boat contracts.
Cash Management responsibilities include issuing month-end and interim invoices for various contracts; a working understanding of all contract modifications, both financial & administrative; keeping up to-date contract funding profiles; maintaining Oracle ERP billing setups.
Financial responsibilities include performance measurement and various analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
Required:
- 4 years of related experience in Contracts, Program Finance, Accounting, Tax, or Military
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
B.S. or B.A. in a business discipline
Preferred:
- Practical experience in the use of pivot tables
- Experience with Oracle EBS
- Working knowledge of EB Systems and processes
- Experience with Government Contracts and FAR/DFARS regulations
- Experience using Earned Value Management
- The candidate must be interested in analyzing data with minimum supervision.
- Good oral and writing skills to effectively communicate with all levels of management.
- Candidate should possess a considerable amount of initiative and organizational skills.
- Have a positive demeanor and be comfortable working in a constructive, team oriented manner.
