Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, and shipping. This role manages warehouse staff, ensures accurate inventory control, enforces safety protocols, and maintains a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all warehouse activities, including picking, packing, and shipping of orders
- Delegate daily tasks and workloads to warehouse employees to meet operational deadlines
- Supervise, train, and support warehouse staff to ensure productivity and accuracy
- Conduct weekly inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy and proper documentation
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or shortages
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and mandatory reporting requirements
- Complete and submit required operational and safety reports on time
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and warehouse processes
- Coordinate with other departments as needed to support business operations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or warehouse management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures and warehouse systems
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with workplace safety standards and reporting requirements
- Ability to lift and move warehouse materials as required
