Dental Front Desk Receptionist — Full-Time
We are seeking a friendly, organized Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, enjoys helping patients, and can manage multiple responsibilities in a busy dental office.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of front desk experience in a dental office.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Available to work five days per week, including a shorter day on Saturdays. Saturday availability is mandatory.
- Strong customer service, organizational, and telephone skills.
- Dependable, professional, and attentive to detail.
- Experience with Dentrix is a plus, but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and provide a welcoming experience.
- Answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment schedule.
- Complete patient check-in and check-out.
- Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits.
- Explain estimated patient payments and collect payments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information.
- Follow up on appointment confirmations, missed appointments, and unscheduled treatment.
- Coordinate with the clinical team to support smooth patient flow.
