Schedule
This is a part-time position and the shift is as follows. Monday, Wednesday, & Friday between the hours of 8am - 5pm.
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, including commercial government spaces. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. The Cleaner will play a vital role in ensuring that all areas are well-maintained, providing a safe and pleasant environment for clients and staff.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial government properties, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and maintained.
- Execute floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming to uphold cleanliness standards (if it applies).
- Conduct custodial duties such as waste disposal, restroom sanitation, and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs to management.
- Carry out industrial cleaning tasks in accordance with safety protocols and guidelines.
- Maintain an organized cleaning schedule to ensure timely completion of all assigned duties.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of cleanliness.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Experience in facilities maintenance or custodial work is beneficial.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices is advantageous for this role.
- A strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain cleanliness standards consistently.
