Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our dynamic team., with a desire to grow with the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks and demonstrate leadership abilities to oversee projects from start to finish. This role requires a hands-on approach, and ensuring quality workmanship. The Carpenter will play a crucial role in new construction and remodeling projects, and other construction-related tasks.
Duties
- Perform heavy lifting and physical labor as required for various projects.
- Execute remodeling and new construction task
- Framing
- Woodwork and cabinetry installation
- Install siding and ensure proper weatherproofing techniques are applied.
- Plumb and assemble structures according to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a carpenter in high quality new construction & renovations.
- Ability to read plans, with ability to communicate work needed to complete
- Competent with both interior & exterior remodeling & new construction
- Installation of cabinetry ,mill work, door, window and staircases
- Experience with framing, siding, flooring and decks
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively lead a team and interact with clients.
