- Promote and sell beverage products to assigned accounts.
- Provide exceptional service to accounts to maximize growth.
- Communicate and execute brand plans from supplier partners.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent professional work experience.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and access to a working vehicle.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish enduring customer relationships.
Requirements
- Actively engage with assigned customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations through in-depth presentations which convert product features to benefits.
- Build and nurture relationships with customers ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the organization.
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position our offerings in the market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and documentation as required.
- Follow the 10 Steps to the Sales Call and achieve the Six Standards of Performance
- Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor.
