We are looking to hire a highly motivated person to join our dynamic team as an Auto Parts Salesperson and become a vital link between our automotive customers and our high-quality vehicle parts. Starting pay based on level of experience.

Shift

Candidate must be willing to work 1st shift Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. No Weekends!

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and identify their automotive needs through active listening and effective communication.
• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate auto parts, providing detailed product information and recommendations.
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment using POS (Point of Sale) systems.
• Negotiate prices and terms with customers to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining profitability.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures, ensuring secure processing at the register.
• Promote ongoing marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones through effective communication skills and product knowledge.

Skills

• Computer skills is a must.
• Strong understanding of automotive parts.
• Excellent negotiation skills combined with outstanding customer service abilities to build trust and close sales effectively.
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases efficiently.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems, POS platforms, retail math, and organizational skills for stock control and order fulfillment.
• Effective communication skills, phone etiquette, and sales management expertise are essential for engaging with clients professionally.
