We have an exciting opportunity for a Furniture Installer to join our Facilities Team in San Diego, CA!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assemble, install, and relocate office furniture and equipment as required.
• Coordinate, oversee, and perform medium- and large-scale employee moves and equipment relocations.
• Support daily conference room setups, office build-outs, and tear-downs.
• Load and unload materials and equipment from vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
• Follow detailed instructions and work effectively under close supervision.
• Complete all required documentation and associated paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain the workplace and warehouse in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance, including fueling, washing, and related tasks.
• Adhere to established safety procedures and operating practices at all times.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or required.

Job Qualifications

• Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must demonstrate a basic understanding of facilities maintenance principles and concepts.
• Must have a working knowledge of and discretion in safely operating hand and power tools.
• Must be customer focused and possess:
• A valid California driver's license with a good driving record verified by the DMV;
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and other mechanical drawings;
• Basic analytical ability to recognize deviations from accepted practice;
• Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to work with all levels of employees and to accurately communicate, document and report;
• Basic knowledge of computer operations and applications pertinent to the field.
• The ability to work both independently and in a team environment is essential as is the ability to work extended hours as required.
• Two-year technical degree or trade school equivalent desirable.
  
  

Job Type: Full-Time Hourly

Salary range: 38,230 - 56,838
