DUTIES AND RESPONSBILTIES:
- Coordinate employee travel, deployment preparation, and expense report processing activities.
- Plan and book travel arrangements, including flights, lodging, and ground transportation.
- Review and process expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain and update confidential travel, expense, and deployment records.
- Track and communicate the status of travel plans, expense submissions, and deployment readiness.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Support deployment readiness efforts, including documentation review and checklist tracking.
- Follow established safety standards and operating procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
- Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent and two or more years experience in a field related to the specialized functional area or unit where assigned.
- Demonstrated broad understanding of assigned functional area principles, theories, and concepts.
- The ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
- The ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- The ability to identify issues and solve routine problems.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in standard computer systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance is required.
