Salary range: 56,820 - 96,015

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop pricing strategy and proposal pricing for commercial and government proposals.
- Build up cost estimates using historical data, data collected from functional subject matter experts, purchase order history, and vendor quotes.
- Develop cost, schedule, milestones, and other proposal supporting data.
- Present work product to management, contract personnel, proposal coordinators, customer representatives, and price auditors.
- Ensure proposal pricing data conforms with the Request for Proposal (RFP) and any other (e.g., country specific, U.S. Federal Acquisition Regulations, etc.) applicable regulations.
- Assist in creating and updating pricing templates, pricing policies, and procedures.
- Negotiate and manage pricing aspects of contracts and related audits (e.g., pre-award, post-award, fact finding).
- Represent the pricing organization as the primary interface with internal functional groups as well as outside vendors.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Ensure all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations are observed wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.
- Ensure work is accomplished in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.
- Perform additional functions, other duties as assigned or required.
Job Qualifications
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree and three or more years experience in finance, accounting, or business administration in a manufacturing environment. Equivalent experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
- Must have a general knowledge and competence in the concepts, principles, and standard practices in costing and pricing.
- Must have experience negotiating and working in government contracting environment and be able to analyze and solve a variety of moderately complex costing problems.
- Must have good interpersonal skills and communication skills, both verbal and written and be computer literate with knowledge of computer applications relevant to the position, including spreadsheet applications.
- Must be able to work extended hours when required.
