DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the administration and maintenance of the company's learning system technology to deliver online training to internal and/or external customers.
- Assists with data migrations, working with IT and outside vendors to test and troubleshoot systems issues; supports development of processes, content generation and loading; maintains training and user profile records; coordinates calendaring and enrollment, tracking, assessments, reporting and customer communications for learning events.
- In companies with training teams, may serve as a subject matter expert, training the community of business users to maximize the utilization of system features to create and manage learning events, training modules, assessments and reports.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality, while maintaining relationships and competing priorities.
Job Qualifications
- Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related discipline and three or more years of progressive professional experience in a Human Resources department. May substitute a certificate in human resources from a recognized organization and/or equivalent experience in lieu of education.

- the ability to initiate, plan, and manage projects; and excellent computer skills.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment is essential as is the ability to work extended hours and travel as required.
- Experience with CornerStone OnDemand is preferred.
