Order Fulfillment Specialist I-1st Shift

Order Fulfillment Specialist I is directly responsible for optimizing our fulfillment and customer delivery process on a daily basis. With a keen focus on the Customer Experience, this role schedules outbound shipments, manages internal and external routing activity and completes the shipping process.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Leads the initiation of the scheduling and routing processes for all outbound shipments, working cross functionally with transportation counterparts, as well as customer contact points.
• Utilize systems to monitor expected outbound shipments, expediting fulfillment where opportunities exist, managing customer expectations when issues are presented.
• Ensures scheduled and routed shipments are completed on time to customer expectations, quickly escalating process challenges when appropriate.
• Assists with the initiation of the shipping process across distribution facilities daily.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience
• 1 year of relevant distribution or fulfillment experience with leading technologies
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• In depth knowledge of end to end OTC business processes including areas such as Order Management, Order Fulfillment, Invoice Management and Inventory Segmentation and Management
• Extensive experience using Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
